My Heart Specialist was very encouraging today. While waiting for the lab (blood) results, and barring any surprise readings, I am to continue doing what I am doing. Which involves sensible and healthy changes in my diet and lifestyle. I am glad my efforts haven't gone unnoticed. I need to stay motivated as I continue to battle this weight setpoint stallout. It would be so easy to give in and binge out. I want to be in Onederland again, I will not get detoured. I can do this.

I hit a plateau and couldn't kickstart Off of it..a trainer at the gym suggested I take a look at "eat right for your blood type".....I perused the "Foods to Avoid if you are Type O" and it read like my last 30 days of food diary 😬 so I'm just trying to "Not" eat those items for 30 days to test the theory.....stopped several regular items incl avocado, pork, and white potatoes/corn...dropped 6lb so far....Interesting 🤔
