doing horrible on staying on track. gained yet another lb was doign great till i went on vacation for 5 days in which i went out to eat for alomst every meal now came back and just havent been able to get back on tract. ANY SUGGESTIONS? really in need of a boost

Start off with one thing: maybe cut out white bread, or add lots of veggies. Thenk next day get back into drinking water. Good luck! I am trying to get back on track myself!
