Today is day 5 of being on this Ideal Protein. Yesterday was kind of all over the place. At work there was tons of food. I stayed away from the bacon, sausage, french toast, fruit, and fruit, and fruit! But I had salad with nuts and peaches, I picked out all the peaches, and most of the pecans, ate a few maybe 3. I ate about 2 small slices of beef and 2 grilled shrimp. Then grilled veggies, they were great, however I fear they might have been loaded with olive oil... Last night I had left over shrimp, with fresh roasted veggies. The shrimp tasted very salty so I only ate about 6 of them, and I'm thinking I only got a cup of veggie's. I also ate of of the puddings, that didn't go so well, it doesn't mix up very well there are lumps in it! I was hungry last night.
Today I got a walk in before starting work, 2 1/2 miles in 50 min, feeling good about that. I made crepes, boy were they good!
