Today is a hard day. This weekend we went to Boston and I did not stay on plan. Monday back on plan, but had wine last night (not a good night). Today I'm on back on plan but I feel hungry! I've eaten everything I can but it just isn't working. I feel so fustrated, I really want to lose weight, but this is so strick!
