Hey everyone!

Hope everyone has had a great day so far! Work has been busy today which is fantastic it keeps the time moving quick! Managed to get 20 minutes to myself while everyone else was out getting fast food for lunch and blasted out an intense 20 minute abs workout (leg raises, flutter kicks, scissor kicks, raise leg circle, reverse crunches, and knee ups all with my bulky steel toed boots on)! A couple hours left in the work day before heading to the gym for about an hour and then home after a long day! Probably head out for a short run tonight!

A bit of motivation to get everyone through the day:
Temptations will always be there. The world will never run out of greasy food, or candy, or anything else that tempts you. It will be there when you are a better version of yourself. No one should feel the need to change but everyone deserves the healthiest version of them. Losing weight does not change who you are, but instead enhances who you are and what you can become!
