Some bad news this morning.
Found out that I "tore" to some extent a ligament in my rotator cuff which means the military doc has taken me off weight training for at least a week! :( Major set back but the one thing to take out of it is that I can keep doing my cardio. Don't let an injury hold you back. Don't let an injury be your excuse for not achieving the goals you want. Always have your motivation outweigh your excuses, and that is the key to success.
