Well, I squeaked into 161 this morning. So I'm done with this round and onto summer maintenance (which is much easier than it sounds!) My daughter is off to study in China next week and she's already planned the food weekend starting at the Melting Pot! I need to keep vigilant with my food diary and weigh ins so that I don't go past 163 at any point and correct immediately. My extremely saggy skin needs to figure out how to tighten up and I'm off to my son's weight training program.... Happy Monday everyone!

Mmmmm bellcurve, I already drink about 1 gallon per day so I'm not sure more would help or that I could even choke it down. I think that some of my skin will figure out what to do and the rest....well in the fall when hopefully I lose my next 25 pounds and then I may have to visit a plastic surgeon for some slice n dice (although I'm nervous about that because I've never had surgery other than a C-section). If anyone has any saggy skin tightening suggestions please feel free to keep them coming! I really do appreciate it!!
