Hahhahaha itu lah yg lg ane pikirin , caranya gmn yak? Alnya misua gak ijinin nge-gym, so coba2 ikutin tips yg ada di mbah google Aja ,😁😁😁

Banyak metode tapi yg paling ampuh workout & intropeksi diri (metode yg sy gunakan apa sdh bnr ya?) buat target, jika targetnya gagal brti ada yg salah (enth itu apa yg dmkn/latihan yg salah) konsistens mmg perlu, tp klo caranya slah konsistensi jd beban & tdk ada hasil. Hrs lebih kerja keras. Semangatttttt
