SO happy that when i finally got on the scale this morning i was quite a bit lower then I had expected. 150! so 25 lbs would take me exactly where i would like to be!

Bad news is its that time of the month and it seems the cramps are 100x worse than they have ever been. So im going to maintain diet all day and try and drink as much water as i can!

I also got insanity and may start that tonight. Im trying to not get too into it too fast and get overwhelmed and quit.

they say abs are made in the kitchen so im focussing 100% of my attention on healthy eating!
68.3 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
