I did not work out yesterday so not sure if its water weight I lost but we shall see between exercising today and eating if I keep the 6 pounds I have lost off.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
