So I have officially began my 30 day challenge "again" on EA active. I felt really good after my wrkout today. I had almost forgotten how hard and good of a workout I can get in my own home. I almost was going to break down and spend 40 dollars a month on a gym membership which as of right now im going to hold off on and see if I can be motivated enough to finish my 30 day challenge while also getting on fatsecret to record my food/exercise and journal entries.

I also order the "more workouts" to EA active so i'll let you know how that goes when I get it.

I need to stay focused and concentrate on a few things:

1)Getting rid of my stubborn belly buldge aka tire or muffin top (lol)
2)Geting fit for my vacay in April in which I will want to wear a bikini
3)Watching what I eat---I need ideas for healty snacks and meals, Im a total carboholic and I never feel like fruits and salads keep me full long enough
4) Drinking LOTS of water
5) Not getting frusterated--I dont know why this is but I tend to actually gain weight as soon as I start watching my weight and exercising now im not sure if this is muscle weight or what but many times it makes me want to stop working out
