Woo hoo! Down 3 lbs from yesterday! Today went just as I had planned! I'm on a roll! Really excited about finding no salt added turkey breast (Boars Head) at the commissary today. I shopped smart, picking up some lower fat items finally. I moved the butter off the counter and replaced it with a fruit Bowl. So the weekdays are set - oatmeal for brekkie then awesome salad for lunch. Then load up on veggies for dinner, small starch serving and add meat and fat sparingly. For dessert, my yummy parfait ( berries, banana, yogurt and almonds). Just hope weekend goes well, hope to keep calories similar with each meal!
