Feel bad that I didn't exercise today :(
Had changed to gym clothes but fell asleep on the couch - exhausted from work....

Tried a new recipe today : Got some "flatout" brand flatbread and added some marinara sauce on it, topped it with sliced tomatoes, onions, some jalapenos, then added some shredded cheese and microwaved it for 90 secs ! This "quick n easy" pizza tasted not too shabby !

I'm not watching your journal religiously and I certainly know about tired from work! I just wanted to say that "make sure you're getting *ENOUGH* calories", because if you eat too few calories it can make you tired, too. And oddly enough, SlimFast makes me drop-dead exhausted all the time if I have it more than a couple of times a week (where "couple" = "more than two cans in a whole week"). Took me *FOREVER* to figure that out. Judging by your chart, though, you're doing well! And all the weight loss in the world is no good if you're so exhausted you drive into a tree the next morning!
