Bought the Jillian Michaels dvd "30 day shred" - it had rave reviews on amazon.com.
Well - it's amazing alright ! Kicks butt !
I thought it would be easy enough but I was almost dying towards the end...
I think if I stick to the workout everyday, it would become easy eventually... let's see.

You go girl! It will become easier, it always does when you stick with it. I could no sooner do a 30 day shred than I could fly to the moon. My poor lungs feel like Swiss cheese still which is so, so discouraging. I am really promising to not get upset that I can't do the kind of aerobic & weight training I've done in the past with the intent that I WILL get there this year :) And thank you so much for your kind comments about my journal. My dream is to 1) write & publish the novel I've started about 80 times and 2) edit & publish the novel my grandma wrote before she died, but never got published. In a different lifetime I was quite active in a writing group, but haven't done that for years. And really, my journal here on FS is the only place I write at all. I hope while I'm in Hawaii I'll do more hardcopy journaling & writing. Being away from life for 5 weeks will be a really great opportunity to do that.
