So today was a start to a new day....this morning I got up and did a Denise Austin 30 minute target toner. Now I did skip the butt exercises, this is an 80's video, so I need junk in my trunk. So I improvised and did some squats instead.
For breakfast I microwaved me two scrambled eggs...and then ate a delicious lunch of Baked Salmon and Green Beans w/ peanut butter afterwards as a snack. Mmmmmm. I have not drank any unsweet tea, only water today.
I'm about to go on my 30 minute walk for my lunch period at work. :)
