Its finally happened! I'm out of the 20's and into the teens! I kept bobbing up and down around the number and feeling so frustrated. Everything I tried had no effect. Yesterday I did a yoga class for the first time in a long time - and it was hard! Holding up my big old self with a downward dog is hard! I was sweating and shaking but by gum I did it! I wonder if all the twisting and bending and flexing somehow helped my system rev up the weight loss? Who cares! I felt great and am more determined than ever to keep this trend going. Its exciting to have this happen after a major feasting holiday but I really didn't overdo it too much this year. Just saved most of my cals for my favorite pecan pie and was done with it! Anyway, the sun is shining after two days of rain so I'm heading out for a walk with the pup, to be followed by a workout tonight with the hubs. Its a brand new day!
