I think I didn't eat enough yesterday an I worked a 12hr shift. I am feeling a little bummed out.
112.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Shaebugg77 you're doing great. It hasn't even been a month yet since you joined and you've lost nearly 3.5kg! That's great! I'm a shift worker as well and know how long shifts and night shifts can mess you around. One day at a time, that's all we can ask of ourselves.
