Yesterday, it was alright... we had friends over for BBQ. We also celebrated a birthday for a friend of mine and I didn't have a chance to work out. :( My meals were OK (I had a dessert) so I will work harder today!

Sunday, June 3rd (EFS Day 2 of cycle 2)

Breakfast: 2-egg white omelet with orange juice
Snack #1: Green apple
Meal #2: Grilled ribs with grilled vegetables. I also had 2 cups of wine. I had a LOT - 2 ribs! My friend made this secret recipe from Hawaii and I couldn't resist eating 2nd!). The grilled vegetables included zucchini, eggplant, squash, red/yellow peppers, and asparagus. All of these were coated with extra virgin olive oil, thus making me feeling very full.
Dessert: Strawberry cheesecake & Strawberry creamy yogurt (I decided to reward myself this time- I know it's kinda bad)
Snack #2: Cheese stick & carrots with hummus

I wasn't hungry because I was still full from BBQ, wine, & dessert so that's why I didn't have 3rd & 4th meals.

Don't worry too much...you have to treat yourself once and awhile. As long as you get back on track you will be just fine!!! I am rooting for you!!!

For a splurge, that really wasn't too bad. Like you said, a little extra exercise will balance things out:)
