well, I have lost 6lbs so far, not bad in 2 weeks...I am prepared for it to slow down! Because I have cut out chocolate and all things beautiful I have been having a few headaches, woke with another this morning! I know I need to drink more water, so I am working on that ( downside is constantly needing the loo!) I have upped my pace on my daily dog walk, easy to do at the moment seeing as the temp is below freezing early morning! Managed to work up a sweat whilst gardening on Sunday so I guess that has help burn a few calories too :O) I have been trying to keep a diary of everything I eat, I do find that this helps....had a few too many biscuits yesterday and boy, did I feel guilty! But back on track today.........I WILL SUCCEED!!!! xxxxx
