Went to the Stars game last night instead of spin class… Avoided the nachos but had 2 beers. … Hit the gym hard at lunch to make up for missing my PM workout. Tonight’s big challenge will be dinner at grandma’s house and lots of great home cooked food. I’m bringing veggies and dip for an appetizer along with my fat free dressing. I’m planning on a big salad with some of the good stuff on the side.
