I’ve always been athletic/ active. I grew up on a horse ranch, played sports in high school and collage and then was a self proclaimed gym rat in my early 20’s. In the past few years I have put my nutrition and exercise on the back burner. I got an office job, got married, and remodel houses on the side. Between cooking for my hubby and sitting in front of a computer all day I slowly began to put on a pound here and there. Now I’m about 25 pounds heaver that what would be ideal. I’m making a serous commitment to get my awesome body back so I can enjoy it for the next couple of years before its time to start a family. A more immediate goal would be to drop 15 pounds by the time I visit my parents in the Bahamas in March.
