Breakfast: cheerios with a bit of special k red berries, milk, banana
Lunch: light chicken dumpling soup, strawberries
Snacks: cheese cubes, greek yogurt
Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, english muffin

Exercise: -500 cal on elliptical and treadmill
