Started working out again at the YMCA feels great! Also have been watching what I eat, tryign to make smarter choice. Such as subway I got the apples instead of chips.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
