Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, english muffin, milk
Lunch: PB and sugar free jam sandwich, banana
Snacks: trail mix, apple with pb
Dinner: vegetarian salad (light on beans and cheese, with brown rice) from Chipotle
Treat: 1 glass of white wine (girl talk time!)

Exercise: -500 cal from elliptical and treadmill.
