Breakfast: scrambled eggs, english muffin, greek yogurt, milk
Lunch: wheat tortilla with refried beans and cheese, strawberries and lowfat cool whip
Snack: cottage cheese
Dinner: cheat meal/dessert--attended a b-day potluck. Back in the saddle tomorrow am!

Exercise: -700 cal on elliptical and treadmill
