Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs, english muffin, milk
Lunch: quinoa with walnuts, cranberries, sweet potato
Snack: handful of nuts and pretzels, greek yogurt, half glass of champagne (toasting at work)
Dinner: bowl of homemade goulash, french bread, bite of mac n cheese

Exercise: -520 calories on elliptical and treadmill
