Breakfast: 2 hb eggs, english muffin, milk
Lunch: salad greens, quinoa, cranberries, walnuts, feta, balsamic dressing
Snacks: apple, small serving of mac n cheese
Dinner: (ate out) chicken breast, sides of curry cauliflower and sweet potato, 2 slices of cranberry and nut bread

Exercise: -500 cal on elliptical and treadmill
