I only ran a total of 7.5 miles this week; I only ran two days last Sunday & Saturday. I feel off of the wagon for about three weeks but i'm back now. I am currently at 118 but my goal is to be at 116 by the end of the week which means I plan on losing 2 lbs. this week. WISH ME LUCK!!!!
