Perfect flavorful low carb dinner last night. Easy to make although it takes awhile to roll the Dalmathes....it is well worth it. I usually put rice in them but since I am adhering to a low carb lifestyle now I decided to try them without it. The texture is a little different but they taste just as good as the original recipe. I also omitted the bulgar wheat from my Taboulleh and added radishes instead. I am also a cheese head so no Mediterranean food is complete without Feta. :) The Dolmathes freeze well so they can be portioned and put in freezer safe container for a quick lunch or dinner on the go.
