Breakfast: 2 egg omlette w/ mexican cheese blend, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes, 2 Jimmy Dean Sausage Patties, and a small piece of banana bread w/ Country Crock Spread. Water to drink.

Lunch: 2 Black Forest Ham and Provelone Cheese roll-ups (including mayo and dijon mustard and lettuce), Many baby carrots (20-ish). Water to drink.

Snacks: 1 Banana, 1 Gala Apple, 2 Mozarella String Cheese, 2 Peanut Butter Patty Girl Scout Cookies, 3 Red Grapes.
