Breakfast: Bowl of regular Cheerios w/ 2% milk
Lunch: 2 ham and cheese roll ups, grapes, carrots, 1 gala apple
Dinner: Lettuce wrapped baked butterflied boneless, skinless chicken breasts w/ cheese, mayo, dijon, a little bbq sauce, tomatoes, onions, pickles. French fries on the side.
Dessert: 1 Miller Lite

Thanks for taking the time to post what you are eating. I wonder if you added the food in, how many calories and carbs you would end up with total. But it gives me an idea of what I could eat once I lose. Colleen said she wasn't ready to start yet, but that Chris was unhappy with how heavy he was. I think they will both gear up and join one of these days. I told her they didn't have to start to join. We chatted online yesterday morning when she was feeding the baby, but no one else in the family responded :(
