Let the weekend begin: So the weekend is usually when I start to really fall apart, and I am not sure why. I think cuz most weekends I am just sitting around the house busy for the most, but when it slows I get really bored and figure I might as well eat something. I have fought this all the time, I really need to try and keep busy on the weekends.
But even staying busy back fires cuz I usually am out and forget to eat so it is off to a fast food place, or if I make plans with friends it usually involves a drink or six. I figure with the challenge I am in for Lent drinking with friends is pretty much a easy task. So now it is just trying to find things to do over the weekends to help me keep on track.
