So it's a leap year, eh? I have a feeling this extra day is definitely going to benefit me.
It's 1:31am, and at 6:00am I'll be hitting the gym. I've lost 3lbs, and have been sticking to my diet quite strictly. I've been missing the gym due to not sleeping, or over-sleeping. There's no middle ground, ever. (Going to see my doctor about that today, actually).
Plan for the gym today: - Elliptical: 30 minutes minimum. - Leg circuit(Hip abuction both ways, leg curl, leg press): 4 sets of 20 reps. - Arm circuit(Standing row, seated row, bench press, shoulder press, tricep push down, bicep curl): 4 sets of 20 reps. - Squats: 2 sets of 10 reps. - Ab workouts.
Gym, school, errands, doctor's appointment, homework sesh.
