Well, I fell off the wagon and ate 2 pieces of veggie pizza yesterday....plus some peanuts! I am so mad at myself....especially since weigh-in is tomorrow! Am back on track this a.m. but I'll bet the scales will show my "whoops"!

Drink some water, get some exercise and you might be pleasantly surprised. If you were on plan the rest of the time, it may have no impact except for sodiom. Good luck!

Two pieces of veggie pizza is not as bad as you may think. ~700 cal. It's the habit of eating pizza that is dangerous. I had steak last night. I know what you are going through. The best thing we can do is be honest with ourselves and concentrate on what we are doing today. Stay Strong!
