started working out again....then i got sick and now i started again last night. 15 minutes on the ellliptical and 10 minutes of pilates. im feeling good though. makes me feel better in my clothes after one day! i am going to really stick to it this time. i have been maintaining for 8 months now...which is great but it's time to lose the rest. i can't wait to get back into shape!

All we can do is focus on what we are doing today to get the tomorrow we want. Great Job working out!!! The Last 10 is hard, but attainable. If you keep using the journal and stay on program you can do it in no time.
