1st day using fatsecret. Thought I did pretty good today until I saw my daily intake/%....not good. Real eye opener. Hopefully with the tools of this site it will be a motivation to eat better:)

be careful with fat secrets rdi, however. it tends to be very high for most of the people who's comments i've read. (i know for me, it's probably atleast 200 calories to high, and that's AFTER i changed my lifestyle to sedentary because it was saying 2400 calories a day!!) i aim for about 80% of my rdi (between 1400-1800 calories a day is what i TRY for) and it's worked...26 pounds gone now. welcome to fatsecret however! It is an awesome resource on your journey!
