I have found a little trick that works for me. I get a cup of crushed ice from my refrigerator, then put them through my ice shaver which makes it like you would have for an icy cone and then I pour my Atkins shakes over them. I absolutely love them because it is like drinking a milk shake! I got the ice shaver at Wal-Mart for $14.95 & it is the best investment I've ever made! Some days, the "shakes are all I need to get through, or I have one of the Atkins snack bars with one. It's working for me. Then, some days, I have the egg omlets, steak, or something like that. Depends on what I am doing; how busy I am. Worth a thought?
