Noting here that this is the easiest time for me to think about dieting - while I have a full belly after a meal. I'm also planning to sleep in a couple of hours so I expect my intention will seem good until I wake up...plus a couple of hours.
I have a strong expectation that I will start to fantasize about food and the pleasure it can give me fairly early into tomorrow... I am not sure how to deal with these fantasies. In the past this has led me to overeat during my feeding times.
I'm hoping that making these notes here will help me keep some perspective.
