Had not weighed myself since joining. Working on foods that I need to cut down on. To my surprise I lost 6 pounds. I guess I'm on the right track. My sodium and cholesterol intake have been too high and I was eating late at night. I've committed myself to a low sodium and low cholesterol diet and less boxed items and meals for one month starting tomorrow.

90.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
