It's now ~40 hrs since my last real meal. My body is not hungry, and actually feels a bit full, somehow. (I've been drinking a good amt of water, but wouldn't expect it to fill me up.)
Still, I'm starting to fantasize about nicely spiced and crispy food.
I'm hoping to hold out until my BG is at least normal before I eat in order to give my body the best chance of dealing with it without getting into dangerously high BG territory.
This sort of fantasizing has been the reason I binge sometimes. I'm hoping I can avoid that this time.
