So, I started eating right as my eating window opened (4pm - 8pm). I didn't stay with the best food, though I did start with it, but neither did I fall into a full binge and eat beyond my chosen feeding window nor eat outside my 'moderate foods' list.
My blood glucose 1 hour after my feeding ended (5 hours after my first bite) was actually a bit lower than my reading just before I started eating. Since my food is keto/protein, this is reasonable and the major impact would probably be sometime in the middle of the night.
I did stuff my belly full. Not the best thing, but I do feel very satisfied with the meal.
