I went to my local authority late this afternoon with an idea of how to move forward past/through an emotional and effectivity hurdle. The person listened to what I had to say and set me on a path that encompassed my concerns and was also more in-line with my major goals.
I felt a great deal of relief about 30 minutes after I left the person's office. Emotionally I feel less strung-out, and this new path does not offer the internal conflict that my original plan was threatening.
Best off all - and I can't say for certain if the previous contributed to this directly - my blood glucose (BG) is much lower than I expected right now.
I woke up this morning with fairly high BG and I expected it to drop to the current level sometime tomorrow afternoon (my body is diabetic and I am eating for 4 hours every 2 days, and I just ate last night).
Overall, it has been just a lovely day :D
