i gain more weight everytime i try to diet -i have exercised 4-5 days a week -tredmill 20mins -weight lifting & the 30 min express- at first i took off 23 lbs -i did this from sept 2011 til feb 2012- i have regained 10 so as usual i am back to slacking on the exercise-i am so tired of trying to be thin- i really want to be healthy by eating healthy & exercise

A good goal is to be healthy. Thin doesn't necessarily mean healthy, and to get healthy takes a lot of work. You can do it, but you have to know that you deserve to be healthy and you are strong enough to get there. For me logging my food and exercise on here shows me how much I'm actually eating and exercising. It also motivates me to keep eating better and exercising. I hope you find what works best for you!
