I like that you still put things you are grateful for...even when you are feeling icky...Kind of like a little light at the end of your tunnel.

Thanks! I was actually thinking today that I'm NOT grateful for anything, haha. But I notice that if I let myself not see positive things then I reach for not-positive food choices. And that won't help me with ANYTHING! lol

Hey Lorrie! I used to set goals by date but then I would get frustrated when I didn't meet them. Maybe you should just set goals, and put the date you achieved them as they happen. The slower the weight comes off, the more likely it is that you will KEEP it off. :)

You're right, I shouldn't set dates. I just thought maybe by setting a date it'd keep me more motivated. I'm not GAINING, which is what matters in the long run, right? lol.
