aku ga mantang kak.. tapi makanan 1000-1200/hari.. dan workout sekitar 3-4 jam.. cz aku menyusui jadi cuma ngurangin aja hehe

High knees/running in place

setiap gerakan 30 detik, istirahat 10detik per ganti gerakan
