Uggg...only 1 pound lost! I'm walking and working out with weights-watching my food intake...come on already. The only positive thing is clothes are fitting better. Ok- refocus time.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
