today is my third day on atkins, first on fat secret. it's all very new but similar to caloriecount. anyway i'm going to give this site a shotsince there are alot of atkins folks here, and i have heard good things. i made spinach egg cups today. i had forgotten how much i like them. between them and fliptop tuna. i think my at work problems are answered. i had a good day. still a little over on carbs but i think i overestimated some portions. nonetheless, i'll try harder tommorrow! happy easter!!!!!!!!!!

well the spinach egg cups is a recipe i had gotten awhile ago ,origin forgotten but i can't take credit. they are like mini crustless quiche great for on the go. and fit perfectly into induction!! would be glad to give you recipe. only take 30 minutes and if you don't eat 7 in one day (oops) they should last for a few days of snacking ang they freeze beautifully!

they sound great for breakfast on the go. I wake at 5:30 to go walking and then get ready for work out the door at 7:30, never hungry then but would be nice to take something already prepared for work instead of hard boiled eggs. If you don't mind, I'd love to have it. Thanks
