Had another little victory yesterday, stayed on plan and worked out twice. If every day could be as easy as yesterday then I will be shaking my bum to salsa music in spike heels and a miniskirt in no time… unfortunately, I am all too aware that days like that don’t come around as often as they should. But, here’s to hoping, and here’s to all of my friends and family on this journey to health with me and may more of our days be filled with those little victories and successes!

Congrats!!! We must be on the same wave length. But my body needed an hour of stretching today... I'm sore in places I didn't remember existed! I don't salsa well but I love to meringue... Who do you like listening to?

Congrats to you too!! I listen to EVERYTHING, my husband laughs at me because one minute I will be listening to Nina Simone or Etta James and the next minute I am listening to Classic Rock or Raggae. Today I was in an upbeat mood so I have been listening to some Latin music that my in laws sent me from a cruise they took..I have never actually Salsa danced, but it looks like so much fun that I can't wait to try it. My husband and I did take a dance class once and learned to meringue and tango, the tango was my favorite! Dancing is good for the soul...and for the body :-)
