Last night I decided that I need to set some non-scale related goals to my journey. I think one goal at a time is the way to go, so my first goal is to be able to wear my wedding ring again. I challenge anyone reading this to set one non- scale related goal for themselves, be it minor or great. I would say good luck, but after this past week I realize luck has absolutely nothing to do with it!
