Last night I decided that I need to set some non-scale related goals to my journey. I think one goal at a time is the way to go, so my first goal is to be able to wear my wedding ring again. I challenge anyone reading this to set one non- scale related goal for themselves, be it minor or great. I would say good luck, but after this past week I realize luck has absolutely nothing to do with it!

I'll take that challenge... But I'd like to close the button on my jeans without sucking in. Right now I pray the zipper doesn't burst!

That is a great goal!! Nothing worse then feeling uncomfortable in your favorite clothes :-) I think we should give ourselves some sort of non food related treat when we hit our goals...what do you think?
