Weekends! I have a boyfriend that doesn´t eat anything that is healthy. I spend the weekends at his house, and we always have dinner out of home. It´s simply impossible to follow the diet! I try.... This weekend, for example, we went to the mall and I ate salad. But yesterday, he asked me to share a sandwich with him... I coudn´t deny... and then I spent the whole goal of calories.... and today i´m felling so fat....
